By accessing or using the website, services, or accounts provided by Edusys.ng (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Agreement”). The Service is operated by Hypercom Network Ltd (“Service Provider”), a private limited company duly registered under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

### *1. Acceptance and Modifications*
1.1. By using the Service, you acknowledge your acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
1.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. ### *2. Account Responsibilities*
2.1. *Registration*: You must provide accurate and complete information, including your legal full name, valid email address, and other required details, to create an account.
2.2. *Security*: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify the Service Provider immediately at [support@edusys.ng](mailto:support@edusys.ng) of any unauthorized access.
2.3. *Usage Restrictions*:
- Accounts are limited to one user per login.
- You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate applicable laws, including intellectual property rights.
- Harassment, threats, or harmful conduct toward the Service Provider or other users is strictly prohibited.

### *3. Payment, Refunds, and Plan Changes*
3.1. *Refunds*: Full refunds are available within 21 days of account activation upon written notification to Hypercom Network Ltd if features demonstrated on [demo.edusys.ng](http://demo.edusys.ng) are non-functional.
3.2. *Billing*:
- Fees are billed annually in advance and are non-refundable.
- All fees exclude taxes, levies, or duties, for which you are solely responsible.
3.3. *Plan Adjustments*: Upgrades/downgrades will apply to your next billing cycle. Downgrading may result in loss of content, features, or account capacity, for which the Service Provider assumes no liability.

### *4. Cancellation and Termination*
4.1. *Cancellation*: To cancel your account, contact [support@edusys.ng](mailto:support@edusys.ng). All content will be permanently deleted upon cancellation.
4.2. *Termination*: The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, without liability, for violations of this Agreement or misuse of the Service.

5.1. The Service Provider may modify, discontinue, or adjust pricing of the Service with 30 days’ notice via the website or service notifications.
5.2. The Service Provider assumes no liability for modifications, interruptions, or discontinuation of the Service.

6.1. *Service Provider Content*: Copyrighted materials on the Service may not be copied, distributed, or reverse-engineered without explicit authorization.

- Prohibited content includes unlawful, defamatory, or harmful material. The Service Provider reserves the right to remove objectionable content.
